Richard "Rip" Pratt – CEO
Dr. Robert Walter – CSO / Founder
Dr. Robert Walter received his BA in Geology from Franklin and Marshall College. He continued his studies and earned his PhD in Geochemistry from Case Western Reserve University and was awarded a Presidential Fellowship. Over the course of Bob’s prolific and accomplished career, he was awarded the Kirk Bryan Award by the Quarternary Geology & Geomorphology Division, GSA, and has received multiple fellowships including the California Academy of Science and as a Diplomacy Fellow (AAAS). Returning to his alma mater, Bob became a professor of Geoscience and Environmental Science. His professional acumen earned him a visiting professor position at Stanford University, afterwhich he returned to Franklin and Marshall College as an Associate Professor. He has been published in more than 60 publications and has produced more than five documentary films.
Bob has conducted extensive field studies throughout the world and served as an independent consultant to the Chief Science Officer for Earthwater Technologies Inc. In this capacity, Bob facilitated the successful completion of numerous commercially successful groundwater mapping, exploration, and development projects throughout the United States.
As the co-founder and Chief Science Officer of Power 7, Bob has continued to research and develop the proprietary science Power 7 applies. In 2016, Bob was instrumental in developing Power 7 Corporation’s Transformational Goundwater Exploration (TGE) technology and, more recently, ECHO-GPM. As important, his leadership and mentorship of the Power 7 Science Team has enhanced the professional development of the Team members. As a result, Bob has ensured the combined talent and proficiency of the Power 7 Science Team is unmatched.
Dr. Woldai Ghebreab – Chief Geologist Officer
Dr. Woldai Ghebreab received his degree from Addis Ababa University, in Ethiopia and his masters degree at Roorkee University, in India. Woldai continued his studies, earning his PhD from Uppsala University’s Hans Ramberg Tectonics Laboratory, in Sweden.
Woldai’s expertise in Tectonics earned him fellowships at Heidelberg University, Germany, and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). As well, Woldai served as the Associate Editor of, and is one of the most cited authors in, the Journal of African Earth Sciences. He is the author of Pan-African and Red Sea Tectonics of Eastern Eritrea, and was a professor and Chairman of the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Asmara. Currently, Woldai is a Visiting Professor at the University of Akron, Columbus State Community College, and Marshall University.

Dr. Timothy Bechtel – Chief Geophysics Officer
Dr. Tim Bechtel received his BS from Haverford College and earned his masters and PhD from Brown University. Tim is a visiting professor at Franklin and Marshall College, an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania, and was the principal geophysicist at his family-owned geophysics services company, Enviroscan Inc. Enviroscan Inc. was recently acquired by RETTEW.
As a karst geology and hydrology expert, Tim’s expertise has garnered him global recognition and appointment to the International Karst Commission. He serves as an associate editor for the International Association of Hydrogeologists Journal and is active in the Geological Society of America, the American Geophysical Union, Society of Exploration Geophysicists, and the Engineering and Environmental Geophysical Society.
Tim has conducted extensive field studies throughout the world and contributed to the successful completion of numerous commercially successful groundwater mapping, exploration, and development projects throughout the United States as a contractor in support of Earthwater Technologies, Inc. As well, he is sought out as an expert witness for cases requiring his specific experience, perspective, and expertise.
In 2016, Tim joined the Power 7 Team as the Chief Geophysics Officer and has continued to conduct research and development within his field. He is a co-developer of Power 7 Corporation’s Transformational Groundwater Exploration (TGE) technology and, more recently, ECHO-GPM.
Stacey Daniels – Geoscientist / Quality Assurance and Control
Stacey Daniels received her BS from Franklin & Marshall College and continued on at F&M as a Research Specialist within the Department of Earth and Environment. Joining the private sector, Stacey continued to work in the field of water research and exploration, honing her skills and demonstrating her proficiency in the field. Joining Power 7 as a Geology Specialist, Stacey's keen attention to detail highlighted her invaluable adeptness at Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA / QC).
Stacey joined the Power 7 Team, in 2016, after having gained considerable field experience conducting studies throughout the continental United States and managing the QA / QC efforts of commercial projects. Since joining Power 7, Stacey has contributed to the development of Power 7's Transformational Groundwater Exploration (TGE) technology through her research and innovative collaboration.
Jake Longenecker – Geoscientist / Geophysics and ECHO GPM
Jake Longenecker received his BS from Franklin & Marshall College, where he was instrumental in developing what would become the initial version of ECHO-GPM. Working as an Environmental Scientist, Jake continued to refine his field work and data interpretation, while collaborating with Power 7 Team members and further refining the ECHO-GPM algorithm. In 2017, Jake was installed on the Karst Commission and was awarded the "Young Karst Researcher Award" for his work on ECHO-GPM.
In 2018, he joined Power 7 as a Geophysicist and ECHO-GPM developer. Since joining Power 7, Jake has advanced the ECHO-GPM science, promoted Power 7 services in peer-reviewed symposiums and publications, and is integral to the development of our proprietary technologies through his research, field work, and innovative collaboration.
Hector Ferronato – Lead Programmer / Software Developer
Hector Ferronato graduated with honors and a dual degree in Computer Science and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College. Hector's experience includes designing, coding, and implementing online gaming programs, API development, and specific programs for public and private for profit and non-profit enterprises' software and system applications.
Joining the Power 7 Team in 2018, Hector is responsible for leading the integration of cloud-based computing resources into Power 7 technologies and service applications.
